a) Product Descriptions

We aim to describe each product accurately. However, as our pieces are handcrafted from natural hardwood:

Colour, grain, knots, and live edge patterns will vary

Slight variations in size or appearance may occur

Natural imperfections are part of the wood’s character

These differences are not considered faults.

b) Availability

Many items are made to order or one-off pieces.
If an item is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK taxes where applicable.

We accept payment through our secure online payment providers. We do not store any payment card details.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4. Delivery

Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.

Free delivery is available for orders over £200 within Leicestershire.

For UK-wide deliveries, please contact info@treeputty.com for a quote.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, location, or courier service.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or events outside our control, but we will always help resolve any issues.

5. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Bespoke commissions are made specifically to your requirements.

A deposit may be required before production begins

Lead times will be confirmed before work starts

Bespoke pieces cannot be refunded unless damaged or defective

Design changes after production starts may incur additional costs

6. Returns & Refunds

Our full Returns & Refunds Policy applies and forms part of these Terms.
In summary:

You have 14 days to request a return for standard (non-bespoke) items

Items must be unused and in original condition

Bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty

Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.
